How To Get A Great Workout At Home!

Two Words: ON DEMAND!

If you haven't checked out the ON DEMAND feature of you digital cable or directtv or whatever service you have, then you are missing out on some great workouts!

Go to the Sports/Fitness Tab and then to Exercise TV. I always find short pilates workouts, yoga and stretching workouts, and when I'm up for some fat burning and more in depth workout, I go to Jillian Michaels tab. She is such an inspiration for me. I know some people might be turned off by that kinda power biatch mode she goes into, but she knows what she's talking about AND gets you OFF YOUR ASS!

I have just turned 2 of her workouts into separate pilates classes. Basically, I designed a few pilates classes that can be done as circuits -- using the jumpboard, the reformer, and mat exercises. It's very exciting and I'm working out the kinks this week! I'm almost finished creating/developing an AMAZING program which is really going to help transform my clients! I'm so excited to get them in on it!
